At around 4:00 p.m. on February 16, residents of Quynh Hong commune (Quynh Luu) were shocked to discover a body floating on the water in a canal section passing through hamlet 9.
Immediately afterwards, people proceeded to retrieve the body. Upon examination of the young man's body, a personal wallet was discovered. Initial information identified the victim as Chu Huy Linh, residing in Hamlet 3, Quynh Giang Commune.
Immediately afterwards, people informed the authorities of Quynh Giang commune to find the victim's family.
