Specifically: The gifts from the President, guaranteed by the Central budget for 91,455 people, with a total cost of 28,100,100,000 VND

Giving Tet gifts from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; supporting poor households to celebrate Tet, wishing longevity to the elderly guaranteed by the Provincial Budget with a cost of: 18,289,320,000 VND.

In addition, the district level will balance the budget estimate to give gifts for the Lunar New Year 2021 to people with meritorious services, seriously wounded soldiers, the disadvantaged, and the poor in the area;

This Plan clearly states: Based on the decision to approve the budget to ensure social security for the Lunar New Year 2021, local units will quickly process funding sources to pay and give gifts to beneficiaries according to current regulations. In case the units have not been assigned the budget at the beginning of 2021, it is recommended that the State Treasury at all levels advance funds to pay preferential allowances for people with meritorious services, allowances for social protection beneficiaries and Tet gifts in time before January 22, 2021 (ie December 10, 2020 lunar calendar).
