Of which, 1 car driver had a blood pressure of less than 0.25 milligrams/1 liter of breath; 1 car driver had a blood pressure of more than 0.25 milligrams to 0.4 milligrams/1 liter of breath.

Those found violating alcohol concentration all called their relatives for help, however, with the determination of the authorities, all were dealt with.

Among the violations, Mr. Nguyen Anh V. in Trung Do ward was driving a car with license plate 37A - 75xxx and was fined 7 million VND. According to Mr. V., because he was being treated for an illness, he had not drunk alcohol for a long time, but tonight his sister's family made beef jerky for Tet so they tried it. The brothers drank beer, but he had only had half a glass when he had something to do and had to leave immediately. When the traffic police checked his alcohol level, he had exceeded the prescribed limit.

Statistics from December 20, 2021 to January 18, 2022, the Traffic Police Department of Vinh City Police discovered and handled 9 cases, including 6 cars and 3 motorbikes. Specifically, the violations: Not exceeding 0.25 milligrams/1 liter of breath were 2 car drivers; Exceeding 0.25 milligrams to 0.4 milligrams/1 liter of breath was 1 car driver, 3 motorbike drivers; Exceeding 0.4 milligrams/1 liter of breath was 3 car drivers. The total fine for alcohol concentration violations is 145.5 million VND.

The vehicle driven by the driver violating alcohol concentration was taken to the headquarters of the Traffic Police Department of Vinh City Police to be sealed and pending processing.
