*Social housing for workersis one of the social security policies, contributing to keeping workers in the locality, stabilizing their lives. Social housing projects in Nghe An, although receiving many incentives, are being implemented rather sluggishly and delayed...
The reason why social housing projects for workers in the area are being implemented rather sluggishly is due to limited capacity. Nghe An Industrial Park Development Investment Joint Stock Company, due to the change of mechanism, is not able to mobilize capital as before. Besides, compared to some provinces, in Nghe An, the way to implement social housing projects is still quite mechanical and cumbersome.

*Why do people in Nghe An in general and Vinh city in particular compete to buy cars? Many people from other provinces are quite concerned about this reality. According to calculations, the population of Vinh city is about 400 thousand people and currently Vinh city residents own about 60,000 personal cars of all kinds. If each household has an average of 4 people, then Vinh city has about 100 thousand households. It is calculated that out of every 10 households, 6 households own cars. This has created pressure on urban traffic.

*January is the beginning of the Spring Festival. These days, in many rural areas, people are excited to go to festivals. Festival activities of each locality are closely linked to the production, daily life and beliefs of each region.
On the morning of February 11 (January 21), Tuong Duong district organizedOpening of the Van Temple - Cua Rao Festival.
Van - Cua Rao Temple is located at the Cua Rao junction, the confluence of the Nam Non and Nam Mo rivers, in Xa Luong commune (Tuong Duong). The festival is held at the beginning of the year to commemorate the merits of Doan Nhu Hai - a Tran Dynasty general who fought against the Ai Lao invaders and kept the border peaceful. In a fierce battle near the river junction in 1335, he and many soldiers bravely commanded, fought and heroically sacrificed.
To remember the merits of General Doan Nhu Hai and the Tran Dynasty soldiers, the people built a temple in Cua Rao area to take care of the incense and send their spiritual messages. Later, Van - Cua Rao temple also worshiped the Three Holy Mothers, and was recognized by the Provincial People's Committee as a Historical - Cultural Relic in 2009.
This year's Van Temple - Cua Rao Festival attracted tens of thousands of tourists to visit and worship.
