*SOn September 14, Nghe An Provincial People's Committee held a working session to collect additional opinions.Business development projectprovince by 2025. *SOn September 14, the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Nghe An organized an online conference to guidepoverty screening process, near-poor households, households with average living standards in the province. One of the multidimensional poverty measurement standards for the period 2022 - 2025, in the income criterion in rural areas from 700,000 VND, now increased to 1.5 million VND; in urban areas from 900,000 VND, now 2 million VND.

According to Plan No. 207/KH-UBND, Vinh city allows reopening of traditional markets from September 13, including: Hung Dung market, Quang Trung market, Ben Thuy market, Vinh market, Vinh Railway Station market, Chua market (Nghi Lien commune), temporary market (Hung Phuc ward) and Coi market (Hung Loc commune).
