*LRegarding the Covid-19 epidemic situation, the public opinion that many people are interested in is the postponement of direct learning time in Vinh City.
On the morning of September 25, Ms. Hoang Thi Phuong Thao - Head of the Department of Education and Training of Vinh City said: The city has just made a decisionsuspending students from returning to schoolto study directly from next week because in the city there are still 3 areas in Quang Trung ward, Ben Thuy ward and Hung Phuc ward that are still locked down and there is still a potential risk of FO in the community.
In addition, postponing the in-person learning time will give schools more time to stabilize classrooms and clean and disinfect, because many schools in the city have been used as quarantine areas, sampling points or centralized vaccination sites. At the same time, it will help schools more conveniently rearrange their schedules and teaching staff when they have to organize teaching in the form of dividing schools and classes.
