These are issues related to the implementation of Resolution No. 71/2012/HĐND of the province on the policy mechanism to support the construction of a number of cultural and sports institutions in the province until 2020. Resources to implement policies and guidelines on cultural and sports institutions are also unclear.

*SaccidentThe collapse of compartments 10 and 11 at Bara Do Luong on June 7 caused nearly 8,000 households to lose water for daily activities. Currently, the construction unit is mobilizing means to quickly fix the problem. However, during this time, the water flow into the main canal system of Do Luong will be reduced by 50-70%, causing drought for districts using water from the Northern Irrigation System, with an area of about 20,000 hectares of rice that have been planted and at the same time causing difficulties for the area that is being planted and preparing to be planted. The Provincial People's Committee requested the districts: Do Luong, Yen Thanh, Dien Chau, Quynh Luu and the Northern Nghe An Irrigation Company Limitedproactive measures to combat droughtAfter the incident in Bara Do Luong, it is required to take water from the main canal and branch canals, making use of all water sources during the recovery period.

*CAlso related to the safety of the irrigation system, in another development, the Vach Bac canal system is being warned by the situation.violating safety corridors.According to statistics from the authorities, since the beginning of the year, there have been nearly 50 violations on the Vach Bac canal. The situation is so urgent that the Bac Irrigation Company has had to set up a rapid response team to monitor 24/7, but it has not been effective. The common violation is pouring concrete pillars to then cover the drainage canal for use, and on the drainage canal side, people also level and fill the corridor with soil, then build kiosks, build solid houses and for many reasons, the authorities have not been able to suspend and really take action.

*For the first time, Nghe An Education Department held a conferencefind solutions to overcome difficultiesfor the Center for Continuing Education - Vocational EducationAfter the merger, Nghe An has 21 Continuing Education Centers, including 2 provincial centers and 19 district centers. Currently, 12 centers have merged with district vocational training centers and changed their names to Continuing Education Centers.
Currently, most centers operate in the form of both cultural and vocational training (accounting for 90%). However, in the implementation process, there are difficulties in arranging teachers (most of the permanent teachers in the units do not have enough 1 person/1 subject). Meanwhile, the low tuition fee for cultural students (80-100 thousand VND/month) is not enough to pay the salary for contract teachers. Teaching equipment does not meet the needs of teaching and learning.
