Nghe An: Estimated budget revenue in 2021 is 18,056 billion VND
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of December 23, the Provincial People's Committee held a regular online meeting with 21 localities to listen to and assess the socio-economic situation in December 2021; deploy key tasks and solutions for the first quarter of 2022.
Comrade Nguyen Duc Trung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the meeting. Attending the meeting were Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee: Le Hong Vinh; Hoang Nghia Hieu, Bui Dinh Long, Le Ngoc Hoa; Comrade Nguyen Nhu Khoi - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.

In December 2021, the Covid-19 epidemic situation in the country in general and Nghe An province in particular continued to develop complicatedly. From the beginning of the epidemic to December 20, Nghe An recorded 6,600 Covid-19 patients, 5,454 patients were cured. 79.2% of people over 18 years old were fully vaccinated with 2 doses of vaccine; 63,049 people were vaccinated with additional doses; 291,564 children aged 12-17 were vaccinated with the first dose.
The report of the Department of Planning and Investment stated that units and localities have thoroughly grasped and seriously, comprehensively and resolutely implemented the Central Government's direction to continue to contain and repel the Covid-19 epidemic, creating conditions for implementing socio-economic development tasks.

Production and business activities continue to recover in the new normal state. The industrial production index in December is estimated to increase by 13.43%, and the total for the year is estimated to increase by 16.01%. The export turnover for the whole year is estimated at 2.081 billion USD, of which, the export of goods is estimated at 1.767 billion USD, up 47.3% over the same period. The number of tourists has started to increase again, with 734,858 arrivals in December.
Regarding the disbursement of public investment capital, as of December 22, the province has disbursed VND 4,396.49 billion, reaching 72.97% of the detailed plan assigned at the beginning of the year, of which the concentrated public investment capital managed by the province disbursed VND 2,304.94 billion, reaching 72.9% of the detailed plan assigned at the beginning of the year. The total disbursement sources are estimated to reach 93.57% of the total plan, of which domestic capital reached 97.38%, foreign capital reached 58.96%.

Notably, the estimated budget revenue in 2021 is 18,056 billion VND, reaching 128.6% of the adjusted estimate and equal to 101.2% compared to 2020. Budget expenditure in 2021 is estimated at 27,984 billion VND. As of December 20, the province has granted new licenses to 115 projects and adjusted 147 projects with a total capital of 39,319.82 billion VND. The number of projects increased by 41.97%, the total investment increased by 3.16 times compared to the same period in 2020.
The cultural and social fields continue to receive attention and direction, especially the work of ensuring social security. National defense and security continue to be maintained, social order and safety are ensured. Continue to deploy the work of formulating the Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2025, with a vision to 2050. Successfully organize the 60th Anniversary of Uncle Ho's second visit to his hometown and the inauguration of the President Ho Chi Minh Memorial House.
