Nghe An: Estimated budget revenue in January 2022 is 1,660 billion VND
(Baonghean.vn) - State budget revenue in the area in January 2022 is estimated at 1,660 billion VND, reaching 11.1% of the estimate assigned by the Provincial People's Council and equal to 96.7% over the same period in 2021.

Reporting on the socio-economic situation in January 2022, Director of the Department of Planning and Investment Nguyen Xuan Duc said that in January 2022, all levels and sectors will focus on implementing the Resolutions of the Government and the Resolutions of the Provincial People's Council; deploying the assignment of 2022 plan targets; summarizing 2021 and deploying 2022 tasks; preparing activities to welcome the Lunar New Year 2022.
During the month, the Covid-19 epidemic situation in the province remained complicated with many positive cases in the community and in the locked-down areas. From the beginning of the epidemic to January 20, 2022, Nghe An province recorded a total of 11,133 Covid-19 patients in 21 districts, cities and towns.

In agricultural production, the area and production progress of some winter crops have not met the set plan. The industrial production index (IIP) in January 2022 is estimated to increase by 8.66% over the same period in 2021. Due to favorable weather, the number of spiritual tourists, relatives and visitors in the province increased quite high compared to the previous month.
State budget revenue in the area is estimated at 1,660 billion VND, reaching 11.1% of the estimate assigned by the Provincial People's Council and equal to 96.7% over the same period in 2021. Local budget expenditure in January 2022 is estimated at 1,711.1 billion VND, reaching 5.5% of the estimate.
In January 2022, the province continued to direct and urge the disbursement of the 2021 public investment capital plan. As of January 20, 2022, the concentrated public investment capital managed by the province had disbursed VND 2,561,244 million, reaching 70.23% of the total plan of VND 3,646,945 million. The Department of Planning and Investment promptly announced the 2022 public investment capital plan to each investor and notified by locality, industry and field.

Regarding investment attraction, as of January 20, 2022, the province has granted new projects with a total registered investment capital of VND 251.8 billion; adjusted 10 projects, of which the total investment capital of 04 projects was adjusted (an increase of VND 9,540.06 billion). The total newly granted and increased capital is VND 9,791.86 billion. Closely coordinate with localities to resolutely implement compensation and site clearance work at projects in economic zones and industrial parks, especially large and key projects.
