Vocational training and job creation for demobilized soldiers is one of the priority policies of the Party, the State and the army. This is also the concern of the Provincial Military Command and the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs to contribute to building a military rear policy, avoiding the waste of human resources that have been trained thoroughly in the military environment. This not only contributes to overall economic growth but also helps ensure political stability and social security.
Lieutenant Colonel Tran Vo Viet - Deputy Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command said that in 2022, more than 3,000 Nghe An soldiers will be discharged and return to their hometowns. This is just one of many seminars and job counseling sessions for soldiers that will take place this year. According to the plan, immediately after discharge, soldiers will continue to be introduced to jobs at the reception ceremony organized by the district, city, and town.
