The accident occurred at 8:00 a.m. on October 22 in Block 8, Hung Nguyen Town. According to witnesses, at that time, the truck with license plate 37R - 009. 58 was traveling on Vinh bypass, in the South - North direction, when passing the Mung bridge intersection, it lost control, went downhill and crashed into a house on the side of the road.

The accident injured two people, including the driver and a man who was washing clothes inside the house. Both victims were taken to the hospital by bystanders.
At the scene, the house was destroyed by the car, bricks and stones were scattered, the front of the truck was severely damaged. Immediately after the accident, Hung Nguyen District Police were present at the scene to handle the incident.
