Nghe An ranked 6th nationwide and first in the Central region in terms of People's Satisfaction Index with the services of State administrative agencies.
In 2024, Nghe An increased by 6 places, ranking 6th out of 63 provinces and cities in terms of People's Satisfaction Index with State Administrative Services (SIPAS Index).
On the morning of April 6, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired the regular Government meeting for March 2025.

The meeting was held directly at the Government Headquarters and online at the People's Committee Headquarters of provinces and centrally run cities. Also attending were Deputy Prime Ministers, Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Government agencies; leaders of Provincial Party Committees, Municipal Party Committees and People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities and a number of invited delegates.
At the meeting, Minister of Home Affairs Pham Thi Thanh Tra reported and announced the results of the 2024 People's Satisfaction Index ranking for the services of State administrative agencies and the 2024 Administrative Reform Index of the People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities.
These are two important tools to evaluate the results and impacts of administrative reform in a comprehensive, objective and multi-dimensional manner; helping localities analyze, compare and clearly identify the positive aspects and point out the shortcomings and limitations in each content and task of administrative reform in order to have measures to overcome, improve the effectiveness of administrative reform, and improve the quality of service to the people.

In 2024, the satisfaction level with the service of State administrative agencies in general (SIPAS Index 2024) nationwide is 83.94%.
According to the assessment of the Ministry of Home Affairs, the satisfaction level with the service of State administrative agencies of 63 provinces and cities is between 78.17% - 91.10%; of which, Nghe An province reached 87.87%, ranking 6th out of 63 provinces and cities nationwide; increased by 2.25% in value and increased by 6 ranks compared to 2023.

The top 5 provinces and cities in the SIPAS Index 2024 are: Hai Phong, Thai Nguyen, Hai Duong, Quang Ninh, Ba Ria - Vung Tau.
The level of people's satisfaction with the service of State administrative agencies in general is synthesized from the level of satisfaction with 23 contents of policy formulation and implementation and from the level of satisfaction with 16 contents of public administrative service provision.
Regarding the Public Administration Reform Index (PAR Index), according to the announcement, in 2024, Nghe An achieved 89 points, ranking 27th out of 63 provinces and centrally-run cities.
