Nghệ An công bố Chỉ số PAR INDEX các sở, ngành, địa phương năm 2024

On April 25, 2025, Comrade Le Hong Vinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province - signed the document.Decision No. 1171/QD-UBND approves and announces the Public Administration Reform Index (PAR INDEX) for 2024.of provincial-level departments and agencies (before merger) and People's Committees of districts, cities, and towns.

In early 2020, Nghe An province for the first time announced the Administrative Reform Index for departments, agencies, and localities in 2019. This is an important tool for objectively and comprehensively evaluating the results of administrative reform work at each unit, by measuring the level of implementation of administrative reform tasks.

A key feature of the evaluation process is that it relies not only on internal reports but also incorporates sociological surveys to accurately reflect the effectiveness of the reforms.

Through the publication of the Index, Nghe An creates a competitive spirit among departments, sectors, and localities; at the same time, it promptly identifies units that perform well to be replicated, and units that are still lacking to be rectified and improved.

Chỉ số cải cách hành chính cũng là căn cứ quan trọng để các cơ quan, đơn vị, địa phương xác định rõ những lĩnh vực còn yếu, từ đó xây dựng kế hoạch, giải pháp nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả CCHC, gắn với mục tiêu phát triển kinh tế - xã hội, cải thiện môi trường đầu tư, kinh doanh và nâng cao sự hài lòng của người dân, doanh nghiệp.

Bên cạnh đó, việc công bố Chỉ số PAR INDEX hàng năm còn góp phần gắn kết cải cách thủ tục hành chính, cải cách thể chế với yêu cầu đổi mới quản lý nhà nước, tạo nền tảng cho phát triển bền vững.

Dữ liệu thu thập từ quá trình đánh giá giúp tỉnh Nghệ An tăng cường công tác theo dõi, đôn đốc, kiểm tra, hỗ trợ các đơn vị triển khai hiệu quả nhiệm vụ CCHC, qua đó nâng cao Chỉ số cải cách hành chính của toàn tỉnh so với cả nước.
