According to documents from the Investigation Police Agency, for a long time, the above subjects have taken advantage of individuals' need for quick money, so they have enticed them to borrow money with interest rates offered many times higher than the interest rates prescribed by the State Bank.
The monthly loan amount was up to more than 10 billion VND, the illegal profit was more than 1 billion VND. During the transaction with the borrower, the subjects did not record the interest rate on the documents, and when finalizing the payment, they destroyed and burned all related documents.
