Nghe An requires strict implementation of regulations on citizen reception and complaint and denunciation settlement

Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 2837/VPCP-QHDP dated April 25, 2023 of the Government Office notifying the Prime Minister's direction on preparing for the 5th session of the 15th National Assembly (opening on May 22, 2023).

Nghe An Provincial People's Committee requests directors, heads of provincial departments, branches and sectors; Chairmen of People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to implement the following contents:

Continue to strictly implement regulations on citizen reception, handling complaints and denunciations; promptly handle recommendations and reflections from people and businesses right at the local level; review and thoroughly resolve complicated and prolonged cases.

Actively coordinate with the Provincial Inspectorate, the Provincial Citizen Reception Committee and relevant agencies to propagate and mobilize people not to gather to file complaints in large numbers, causing insecurity and disorder during the National Assembly session.
