Suspected 2 women were drugged in Vinh city
(Baonghean.vn) - Two women were discovered by passersby lying next to Nguyen Viet Xuan Street, in Hung Dung Ward, Vinh City, in a state of panic, suspected of being drugged.
At 11:30 a.m. on January 7, Cua Dong General Hospital, Vinh City received two women in a state of panic, showing signs of vomiting.
According to initial information, two women believed to be mother and daughter were discovered by passersby lying next to Nguyen Viet Xuan Street, in Hung Dung Ward, Vinh City (near Vinh University of Technical Education) in a state of unconsciousness.panicSuspecting something was wrong, many people asked and were informed by the old woman that she had been drugged and needed to be taken to a medical facility.

Cua Dong General Hospital said that the woman named Nguyen Thi Soa (born in 1973), her daughter Tran Thi Binh (born in 2002), both live in block 4 of Dien Chau town, Dien Chau district. According to Ms. Soa, on the morning of January 7, Binh asked his mother to go to Vinh for a check-up. Ms. Soa asked who he was going with and Binh said he was going with his boyfriend. Ms. Soa was worried so she went with her son. When they got in the 5-seat car that Binh's boyfriend came to pick them up, the mother and daughter had a light meal, then felt like they were beingquit smokingso he asked to get off the bus. When he reached the road near Vinh University of Technology and Education, the person in the bus opened the door and pushed him onto the road and ran away.
After being taken to Cua Dong General Hospital by passersby, doctors performed first aid measures, and both are currently being treated and monitored.
Cua Dong General Hospital is treating two patients and has reported the incident to Hung Dung Ward Police and Vinh City Police to investigate.
