Nghia Dan: Urgently tracing and quarantining 72 people related to the first COVID-19 case
(Baonghean.vn) - At noon on June 25, Mr. Le Thai Hung - Deputy Standing Member of the Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control of Nghia Dan district said that they are urgently tracing and isolating people who have come into contact with patient PTT (female, born in 1965) in Tan Thanh hamlet, Nghia Hieu commune, Nghia Dan district.
This morning (June 25), the authorities of Nghia Dan district urgently quarantined 72 people in the communes of Nghia Hieu, Nghia Loc, Nghia Trung, Nghia Thanh, Nghia Hung and Nghia Son... related to the case of PTT (female, born in 1965) in Tan Thanh hamlet, Nghia Hieu commune, Nghia Dan district. Currently, the Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control of Nghia Dan district has also traced 139 F2 cases.

Ms. PTT tested negative twice on RT-PCR. On June 24, the third RT-PCR test was positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus. Ms. P. is the biological sister of Mr. PSK, an F0 case in Lien Xuan hamlet, Nghia Xuan commune, Quy Hop district, and went to visit her younger brother.

After receiving the notice that Mr. PSK tested positive for SARS-CoV-2, the district urgently directed and quarantined Ms. PTT from June 18.
Yesterday (June 24), she had a high fever and was taken to the Northwest Regional Hospital. After testing negative twice, Ms. PTT's test sample was retested by Nghe An CDC and the result was positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.
