Implementing the resolution of the 18th Party Congress, despite many difficulties, the socio-economic situation in the past 5 years of Nghia Hanh commune has developed in all aspects.

The economic structure has shifted in the right direction, the infrastructure of irrigation and basic construction has developed strongly. The spiritual and material life of the people has been significantly improved. The political situation in the area is basically stable, national defense and security, social order and safety are maintained. The work of building the Party, government, and people's organizations has always been focused on and strengthened.

During the past term, the locality basically completed the socio-economic goals, Party building work, and political system building set out for the 2015-2020 term.

The economic structure has shifted in the right direction, with an average growth rate of 12.5%. The total production value by 2020 is estimated to reach 384 billion VND, compared to the congress target of 110%. The average income per capita by 2020 will reach 39.2 million VND/person/year, an increase of 18.5% compared to the beginning of the term.

In the coming term, the locality will continue to promote its potential advantages, continue to shift the economic structure, crops and livestock, apply science and technology, invest in intensive farming to increase productivity towards commodity production, and stably develop short-term industrial crops, forestry trees, timber trees, fruit trees, etc.

Raising large livestock in the direction of commodities, developing farm and ranch models, promoting the development of trade services, labor export and job creation, ensuring sustainable economic growth. Striving to achieve 19/19 new rural criteria by the end of 2020;make Nghia Hanh a fairly prosperous commune of the district.
