To ensure epidemic prevention and control, all citizens returning from epidemic areas must be quarantined according to regulations. However, due to lack of infrastructure, the number of citizens expected to return to the locality is quite large. Meanwhile, the locality cannot currently requisition schools to serve as quarantine areas because students have returned to class. Faced with this reality, the Tam Hop border commune mobilized people from Huoi Son village to contribute materials and workdays to build shelters and establish a centralized quarantine area.
