Upon receiving the news, the People's Committee of Thanh Chuong district and Thanh Thuy commune mobilized police forces, militia, Thanh Thuy Border Guard Station and local people to directly search and rescue. However, due to heavy rain and the high and fast-flowing Ro River, by 11am this morning, the victim was still not found.
