Man on the run for 5 years to avoid 6 months in jail
Vu Van Thang, 38 years old, was discovered by Pho Hue Ward Police, Hai Ba Trung District, to be a wanted fugitive when checking the data of the citizen identification card issuer.
On June 13, Thang was handed over to the Criminal Enforcement Agency of Hanoi City Police for handling according to authority.
