I fully agree and support the issuance of Directive 16 of Nghe An government at a higher level. This is a measure that is very suitable for the aspirations and responsibilities of the people in the current period, and at the same time is a necessary and highly effective measure to minimize and limit the spread of Covid-19 epidemic, in line with the direction of the Government: "One level higher, one step earlier".

Although the issuance of the Decision is a level higher than Directive 16 for Vinh City, it was applied a bit close to the time, but it did not cause much difficulty or impact on me personally as well as the neighbors. Because there had been a document guiding the implementation of isolation according to Directives 15 and 16 before, every family had prepared in advance. Moreover, the information and propaganda work in the block had been carried out regularly and promptly, so everyone was aware.

With the implementation of this decision, as far as I know, the city has also implemented many measures to support the people with necessary food and provisions so that they can “stay where they are”. Currently, the city has provided the full address and hotline number.

As a Party cell secretary of the bloc, I request that authorities at all levels strengthen the inspection of the implementation of "stay where you are" and strictly check at checkpoints; strictly and promptly implement medical declarations, closely monitor medically quarantined subjects; urgently carry out Covid-19 vaccination for people.

As a businessman, I agree with the decision to go one level higher than the Provincial Directive 16 currently applied to Vinh City. Because social distancing is needed to limit the spread of the disease in the community.

Issuing the decision at the last minute will prevent people from going out, but it will more or less affect my business. However, if applying the Decision at a higher level than Directive 16 is effective, I am willing to agree to strictly comply with it to fight the epidemic with the city.

As far as I know, the city has a policy to provide enough food for the people. This policy is very correct and timely, and will make people feel more secure during the days of social distancing. However, in my opinion, well-off families, even those with average incomes, have already stocked up enough food for 1-2 weeks. Therefore, the city should focus on providing food to disadvantaged areas, the poor, and the homeless to help them get through this period.

As a small trader, I hope that the authorities will have more drastic instructions to control the epidemic soon, thereby creating conditions for us to develop the economy and for people to return to their normal lives.

With the current complicated epidemic situation, I think it is necessary to apply measures one level higher than Directive 16 for Vinh city at this time. Because, in my opinion, human life is more important than anything else. Urgent solutions must be implemented to quickly contain the epidemic, bringing a peaceful life to each person, each family and the whole society.

The issuance of the decision at the last minute basically did not cause any difficulties for me and my family because we had already prepared mentally and some essential items. There was a bit of disruption to work due to having to work online, but I will try to arrange myself to still achieve work results and comply with the instructions and guidance of the Provincial and City People's Committees.

In providing food for the people, I hope the city should pay attention to the poor families, the elderly, and the vulnerable first. Providing necessities to each household is also necessary at this time. The city should build volunteer groups and teams to closely follow the neighborhoods to be able to provide for the people in the situation of implementing the request "stay where you are"./.
