The one who sows dreams for students in mountainous areas
(Baonghean.vn) - In the exciting atmosphere of the whole country towards the 40th anniversary of Vietnam Teachers' Day (November 20), the Ky Son Education sector continuously received good news. That is, 10/10 teachers won prizes at the Competition for Excellent Homeroom Teachers at the Secondary School level in Nghe An province, especially teacher Le Na - teacher of Ky Son Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities was commended by the Ministry of Education and Training in the Program "Sharing with Teachers" in 2022.
Surpassing 120 applications from across the country, teacher Le Na, a teacher at Ky Son Secondary School for Ethnic Minority Boarding School, is one of 68 outstanding teachers nationwide to be honored by the Ministry of Education and Training in the "Sharing with Teachers" Program in 2022.Ministry of Education and TrainingOrganized in coordination with the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union to honor outstanding examples with many innovative initiatives in teaching methods in difficult conditions.

In 2005, after graduating from the Faculty of Literature Pedagogy - Vinh University, teacher Le Na received a decision to work in Ky Son district. The first working unit was Muong Long Secondary School, a school nearly 60 km from the town center, with a harsh climate, cold winters, and 100% of the students being children of the Mong ethnic group. Overcoming the difficulties of geographical conditions, climate and language barriers, along with her youth and passion for the profession, teacher Na always excellently completed the assigned tasks, and was trusted and respected by colleagues, parents and students.
After 3 years of working in Muong Long, she was transferred to Nam Can Secondary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities. Here, in parallel with completing her professional tasks excellently, teacher Le Na decided to continue to register for a master's degree program to better serve her work process. Teacher Le Na is also one of the first few teachers in Ky Son district to have a master's degree in Literature. After more than 10 years of teaching in an area with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions, a remote area of Ky Son district, overcoming difficulties, teacher Le Na has continuously been an excellent teacher at the district level, a core professional teacher of the industry and has many valuable practical experience initiatives.

In 2018, teacher Le Na was transferred to work atKy Son Secondary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities-The school operates under the only boarding model in Ky Son district. This is the place to train and nurture more than 300 students selected from communes in the district, with an extremely important political task of training future human resources for Ky Son district. More favorable working conditions help her to fully develop her strengths, bringing many achievements to contribute to the common golden list of the school and the Ky Son Education sector. In 2020, teacher Le Na won the title of Excellent Teacher at the provincial level. In the 2021-2022 school year, the 9th grade Literature team trained by teacher Le Na had 06 students winning district-level excellent student awards (01 First prize, 02 Second prizes, 02 Third prizes, 01 Encouragement prize); 03 students won provincial-level excellent student awards (01 Valedictorian, 02 Second prizes). This is an impressive achievement for a teacher working in a mountainous district with many difficulties like Ky Son district.
With her talent and enthusiasm, teacher Le Na is always trusted by her colleagues and parents. Currently, in addition to teaching at school, teacher Na is also a key teacher, regularly training teachers in the district. At school, as the deputy head of the professional group, she is always exemplary in her work, enthusiastically supporting other members of the group to excellently complete professional work. During her work, teacher Le Na has won the title of Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level 5 times: 2010, 2011, 2017, 2018, 2021; received a Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and many Certificates of Merit from the Director of the Department of Education and Training.
Coming to Ky Son Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities - where dreams are nurtured for students in the highlands, the students are very proud of their teachers, including teacher Le Na.

Teacher Le Na confided: "Becoming one of two teachers from Nghe An province honored in the "Sharing with Teachers" program in 2022 organized by the Ministry of Education and Training in coordination with the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union has a very special meaning for me personally. This will be the motivation for me to continue to contribute to the career of educating people in the remote border land of my home province. However, my greatest honor after nearly 17 years of being attached to the profession is the love and trust of students, parents and colleagues for me...".
The title that the Ministry of Education and Training honored Ms. Le Na with is completely worthy. For the school, Ms. Le Na is a very positive factor, an enthusiastic, energetic person, spreading enthusiasm, dedication, love for school and care for students and colleagues. She has contributed significantly to affirming the brand of Ky Son Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities in the remote borderland.
At the peak of her career, the achievements that teacher Le Na has reaped will certainly not stop during her time working in the mountainous district of Ky Son. These are also the bright flowers that contribute to spreading the good values that the education sector is implementing./.
