Specifically, since the beginning of April 2023, the factory has signed many orders in the US, Canada, and Europe markets. A representative of An Hung Garment Factory said: Since the beginning of April 2023, the factory has invited all former employees to return to work, and at the same time recruited 400 new workers in the districts of Yen Thanh, Do Luong, Dien Chau, Anh Son, Nghi Loc, etc. Up to this point, the number of workers has increased to over 1,500 people, currently the factory is continuing to recruit 800-1,000 more workers to meet production needs from the beginning of May 2023.

In addition to a stable salary, the factory also pays great attention to other policies so that workers can feel secure in production and stay with the factory for a long time.

According to the An Hung Garment Factory, despite many difficulties in the past, the factory still cares about its workers. It has implemented support policies for workers, increased unit prices by 10% for all production orders. Closed social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and let workers start work.

The factory calculates 12 months of seniority for new employees so that they can receive the full 13th month salary. Support for skill levels from 1 to 3 million VND. Support of 2 million VND for old garment workers returning to work. The factory's human resources department reuses the old employee's file so that they don't have to waste time making new files.

Workers returning to work after a difficult period have a stable income. Specifically, the total income in April 2023, due to focusing on sewing all old orders, only fluctuated around 4.5 - 6 million VND/person/month. However, in May, the factory began producing its main orders. It is expected that workers' income will fluctuate between 6.5 - 11 million VND/person/month.
