Luong Thi Lan Thuong, currently a 9th grade student at Cao Veu Secondary School, now Phuc Son Secondary School (Anh Son), has a very difficult family situation. In 2016, when she was in 6th grade, her mother became seriously ill. All the family income was shouldered by her father, but he did not have a stable job. There were still 2 young children in the family, so Luong Thi Lan Thuong, the eldest, had to drop out of school to stay home and work to help her parents.
Faced with the pitiful situation of the child, Senior Lieutenant Le Anh Tuan, who was then an employee of the Mass Mobilization Team of Phuc Son Border Guard Station (Nghe An Border Guard), agreed to support the child's financial resources so that he could go to school. Every year, Senior Lieutenant Le Anh Tuan supports the entire tuition fee, buys clothes, books, and school supplies to ensure that the child can go to class.
