The contest has 5 teams from the communes of Tan Son, Hoa Son, Dong Son, Trang Son and Do Luong town.

The contest is organized in a dramatized form, including 3 main parts: Greeting, Presentation and Joining hands.

In the Greeting section, the teams introduced their hometowns, the Association's activities, the local farmers' movement and their messages to the contest.

Presentation section, each team will prepare a presentation introducing local OCOP products, or typical products of the professional farmers' association, professional farmers' association group...

In the Joint Effort competition, all 5 teams participated in a game to win the right to answer a set of 10 multiple choice questions about production, business, and consumption of safe agricultural and food products.

The content of the contest is to propagate and disseminate regulations and standards on food safety conditions stipulated in the Law on Food Safety, Government Decrees on food safety; regulations, targets, and operating regulations of professional farmers' associations and professional farmers' associations. Provide basic knowledge on the production, processing, and consumption of safe food for officials, members, and farmers in the area to produce, trade, and consume safe agricultural products and food.

The organization of the contest "Farmers with safe agricultural products and food" in 2022 aims to contribute to creating a strong change in farmers' awareness and consciousness about safe agricultural products and food production.

This is a practical activity to celebrate the 92nd anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Farmers' Union October 14, 1930 - October 14, 2022; Implementing Project No. 1184 QD/UBND dated April 15, 2020 of the People's Committee of Nghe An province; Plan No. 22 KH/HNDT, dated June 12, 2020 of the Standing Committee of the Farmers' Union of Nghe An province on implementing the "Project to propagate and mobilize farmers, production, business, and consumption of safe agricultural products and food" in Nghe An province for the period 2020 - 2023.

Improve the level and knowledge of farmers, especially knowledge of safe agricultural and food production and processing; form the habit of consuming safe agricultural and food products among the people; prevent the abuse of pesticides, growth stimulants, chemicals, antibiotics and banned substances in the production and processing of agricultural and food products, contributing to sustainable agricultural development, improving income and quality of life of the people.

From there, we contribute to building a more prosperous, happy and civilized life with Party committees and authorities at all levels. Farmers' associations at all levels join hands to ensure food safety for the health of the community.

At the end of the competition, the Organizing Committee awarded the First Prize to the Trang Son Commune Farmers' Association team; the Second Prize to the Hoa Son Commune Farmers' Association team; the Third Prize to the Tan Son Commune Farmers' Association team and 2 Encouragement Prizes to the 2 Town and Dong Son Commune Farmers' Association teams.
