Mr. Nguyen Quang Hien himself has a severe herniated disc, his wife, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Phuc, has heart disease, the whole family has to go to the hospital regularly for treatment. While the only source of income depends on farming and raising livestock, life is very difficult.
