(Baonghean.vn) - After storm No. 4, many vegetable growing areas in coastal communes: Quynh Minh, Quynh Luong, Quynh Bang... (Quynh Luu) were submerged in water. People are trying to overcome the damage, hoping to revive the largest vegetable farm in the province as soon as possible.

| In an effort to revive the key vegetable growing area, many farmers have started to renovate the land. Mr. Ho Ba Cau in Hamlet 6, Quynh Luong Commune said: His family had 4 sao of onions that were all lost due to flooding, and now they are adding more land to raise the field surface to prevent water stagnation.
