At the conference, voters expressed their agreement with the contributions of the National Assembly delegation of Nghe An province in participating in activities at the 2nd session of the 14th National Assembly, and at the same time proposed many issues of concern.

Voter Phan Van Hoa, Nam Anh commune, assessed that currently the work of promoting education is very developed but the work of promoting talents is not good. "A farmer invests a lot of money in sending his child to university but after graduating he cannot find a job", this voter said, at the same time, he said that although he is exempted from agricultural land use tax, farmers are tending to abandon their fields, so there needs to be a solution to solve this problem.

In addition, voter Hoa suggested that the form of handling corrupt subjects must be sufficiently deterrent; at the same time, he expressed concern when the situation of counterfeit goods, fake drugs, and security in rural areas showed many complicated signs such as: lottery, theft, etc. Thereby, he suggested that National Assembly deputies pay attention to have policies to solve these problems.

Voter Nguyen Huu Chat, a former teacher of Nam Anh commune, expressed his concern that a part of the current students' morals are declining, and the National Assembly must have a policy to pay attention to solving the problem; at the same time, he proposed a policy to support associations, including the association of former teachers.

Regarding the issue of new rural construction, voter Ho Viet, Nam Anh commune said that in the communes of Nam Anh, Xuan Hoa, and Nam Xuan, new rural construction has been carried out well with the consensus and joint efforts of the people and the support of the State.

However, the problem is the debt in the new rural construction that is making voters worried. "Now we cannot mobilize people to pay off the debt for the new rural construction. Also at the conference, voter Nguyen Thi Ly, Xuan Hoa commune, gave her opinion on the issue of streamlining the staff in the health sector, especially for commune-level health stations. “The commune health station has 5 staff, implemented according to certificates, so each person performs a specialty. However, if the staff is streamlined into the form of "2 out, 1 in", it will be very difficult in professional work. If a midwife quits but has to wait for recruitment, a doctor of Oriental medicine cannot deliver the baby. Therefore, in the process of streamlining the staff, this issue should be studied appropriately.”

Voter Nguyen Tam Bai, Nam Xuan commune, suggested that it is necessary to control the situation of multi-level marketing; job hunting. Also at the conference, voters made recommendations on resolving policies for people with meritorious services, people exposed to Agent Orange, and youth volunteers; having a compensation policy for people in the implementation of the Northern Ring Road of Nam Dan district; suggesting reducing interest rates of the Social Policy Bank for people...

On behalf of the National Assembly deputies, Mr. Ho Duc Phoc responded to the voters' petitions. Regarding job creation for students after graduation, the State Auditor General said that to solve this problem, the province must develop the economy, attract and establish many businesses. However, the quality of university and college training must be close to the needs of businesses.

Citing the current quality of university training, Mr. Ho Duc Phoc said: “Previously, Nghe An province had a policy of selecting 30 IT university graduates and training them in foreign languages ​​to send them to work in Japan. At that time, the province invited 600 students from Nghe An province majoring in IT from universities across the country. But the Japanese company could only recruit 5 students through two recruitment rounds. The Japanese side said that the training program for the students was outdated and could not meet the requirements.”

From this situation, Mr. Ho Duc Phoc said that he would absorb voters' opinions to propose the State to have effective policies to improve the quality of education and training; at the same time, he recommended that voters implement well the province's solutions such as: dividing students from high school into vocational training or university and college according to students' abilities; exporting labor... to solve employment.

Regarding the situation of farmers tending to abandon their fields despite being exempted from agricultural taxes, the head of the State Audit suggested that farmers need to change their practices, find high-value plant and animal varieties to put into commercial production to improve production efficiency.

Regarding the work of preventing and combating corruption, Mr. Ho Duc Phoc affirmed that our Party and State direct the implementation of the fight against corruption resolutely, without cover-up or leniency.

Regarding the issue of streamlining the staff of commune health stations, the Auditor General agreed with the shortcomings in streamlining that voters raised and said he would accept and consult with relevant authorities to find a reasonable streamlining solution. At the conference, Mr. Ho Duc Phoc also specifically responded to each of the voters' recommendations.
