Too worried and troubled by the danger from the Chinese Melamine milk crisis causing kidney stones in children, while the Vietnamese milk market mainly imports powdered milk for reconstitution (92%), Ms. Thai Huong decided: We must immediately make clean fresh milk for Vietnamese children, without further delay.

Fate brought Ms. Thai Huong - General Director of Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank to the dairy industry, but she did not enter the dairy industry to make a profit, her business always had to determine not to maximize profits but to maximize benefits. And there was also fate, fate made her a woman of work, a leader. To some extent, she has a revolutionary spirit deeply ingrained in her subconscious, from the people and land of her homeland.

The most prominent revolution that left her mark was the fresh milk revolution, which changed the nature of the Vietnamese dairy industry, from a country that imported powdered milk for reconstitution (92%) to a country with international quality fresh milk products, contributing to reducing the rate of imported powdered milk for reconstitution to more than 60%. Her business has accounted for more than 40% of the fresh milk market share.

The Vietnamese dairy industry, which was initially not on the world dairy map, has now made its mark with the largest high-tech dairy farm in Asia. In Vietnam, in any industry, if it is not inherited from the family, or continues to develop state-owned enterprises left after equitization and renovation, only Ms. Thai Huong's enterprise has laid the foundation and built such strongholds.

...to the concern about nutrition for Vietnamese people

From the foundation of producing fresh milk “with the heart and soul of a mother”, she continued her path of food production with the mindset of a kind housewife for the community, striving for healthy nutrition for Vietnamese people. Recently, TH Group organized an international conference on Vietnamese nutrition.

She once shared that Vietnam has the highest cancer rate in the world, most diseases come from the mouth. Therefore, initiating and leading the production of clean food and healthy nutrition for Vietnamese people (with 6 target groups) is considered her new revolution with the mindset of "For community health".

At this conference, she invited a leading Japanese nutritionist to share her experience. All of those concerns and desires came from within Ms. Thai Huong to serve her country.

In fact, she took on that mission because she wanted consumers to have the right to choose dairy products, to use fresh, natural dairy products, ensuring food safety according to international standards.

She still affirms her path, when opening the path of clean fresh milk - a serious, honest and proud path. Every revolution must taste the thorns of the rose, for sure, but she is always steadfast. And in the end, the one who benefits is the consumer.

Ms. Thai Huong's nutritional revival is no exception, as she pioneered the development of the national school milk program, tested and had clinical results on positive physical changes of students in Nghe An after 1 year of drinking TH School MILK fresh milk.

She also fought tirelessly to ensure that milk brought into schools must have standard research that is suitable for children's absorption. TH Group is still the only unit conducting systematic scientific clinical research to find suitable school milk products based on assessment of physical condition, geography, and regional customs, confirmed by the Ministry of Health.

When in Vietnam there were not many people who understood the concept of organic and did not “dare” to apply international organic standards, her farm converted land, cows and feed to organic farming according to European and American standards, producing organic fresh milk products.
