On October 16, although the rain had stopped, floodwaters from downstream had poured in, completely cutting off many inter-village and inter-commune roads, disrupting people's lives.

Due to the low terrain, houses are located on each hill, when it rains and floods, the hamlets are surrounded by water on all sides.

In Thanh Lam commune, Chinh Nghi area, My Hoa hamlet is like an island. Since the morning of October 16, the country has started to isolate this area.
