According to local people, yesterday (October 25), the water level was about 20 cm lower than the embankment, but this morning (October 26), it rose and overflowed the embankment, into residential areas, causing slight flooding on some roads. The water level measured on the morning of October 26 was 0.8 - 1 meter higher than the normal water level on the Lam River. If there continues to be heavy rain in the coming time, the water will approach people's houses.
