Passenger car carrying nearly 70 kg of firecrackers, swords and guns
(Baonghean.vn) - While patrolling, Dien Chau Traffic Police Station (under the Traffic Police Department of Nghe An Police) caught 2 cases of illegal transportation of firecrackers, guns, and swords.

Accordingly, at 4:55 a.m. on October 30, 2017, at km 418 of National Highway 1A, in Dien Hong commune, Dien Chau district, the station's working group signaled to stop and check passenger car with license plate 29B-083.85, driven by Nguyen Van Duc (born in 1976, residing in Phuong Nhi, Lien Minh, Thanh Tri, Hanoi).
During the inspection, the vehicle was found to be carrying 1 gun, 1 foreign-made pepper spray, 1 80cm long sword, 1 1.5m long saber without documents proving their origin.

On the same day, at 6:25 p.m. at km 430+500 of National Highway 1A in Dien Trung commune, Dien Chau district, the station's working group continued to signal to stop and check the passenger car with license plate 93B-006.09 driven by Vo Hoang Khanh (born in 1975, residing in Tan Loi, Buon Ma Thuot city, Dak Lak).
Checking the vehicle, it was discovered that there were 3 cardboard boxes containing 69.5 kg of various types of foreign-made firecrackers without documents. The owner was Phan Ngoc Chanh (born in 1954, residing in Phu Thien Town, Gia Lai Province).
Currently, both of the above cases have been handed over by Dien Chau Traffic Police Station to Dien Chau District Police and Nghe An Province Mobile Market Management Team for handling according to regulations.
