Allocating hundreds of tons of rice to poor students in especially difficult areas
(Baonghean.vn) - On March 1, Tan Ky and Quy Hop districts organized rice distribution for students from especially disadvantaged areas and poor students at schools in the area.
* Tan Ky DistrictDistributed 33,630 kg of rice to 2,224 students of 10 schools in the district; each student received 15 kg of rice.

This is the third rice allocation in the 2018-2019 school year according to Decision 36/2013/QD-TTg dated June 18, 2013 of the Prime Minister and Decision No. 452/QD-UBND dated February 19, 2019 of the People's Committee of Nghe An province on the allocation of rice for the second semester of the 2018-2019 school year for students in Nghe An province.
The work of receiving and distributing rice to schools in Tan Ky area was carried out promptly and to the right subjects. The implementation of the rice support policy for poor students has helped them have more conditions to study with peace of mind, and at the same time helped parents reduce some of the worries about the cost of sending their children to school.

*Department of Education and Training of Quy Hop districtOrganized the reception and distribution of nearly 73 tons of rice in the third phase of the 2018-2019 school year to 2,282 poor students and students from extremely disadvantaged areas in 13 secondary and high schools in the district; with a support level of 15 kg of rice per student.
Schools that received a lot of rice were: Quy Hop 3 High School with 15.5 tons, Chau Ly Secondary School for Ethnic Minority Boarding Students with 7.6 tons, Chau Loc Secondary School for Ethnic Minority Boarding Students with 5 tons, Quy Hop 1 High School with 9.6 tons...
Currently, the Department of Education and Training of Quy Hop district has distributed rice to schools and instructed schools to distribute rice to students according to regulations.
