Smile surgery in Nghe An for 130 disabled children

According to the program, from September 22 to September 28, about 130 children from Nghe An, Thanh Hoa, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh and Quang Tri provinces with cleft lip and cleft palate will be examined and operated on to bring smiles to them, as the name of the organization suggests.

In Nghe An, the program has recently sponsored examinations and surgeries for 1,000 children with cleft lip and cleft palate in 21 districts, cities and towns. Currently, Nghe An has about 22,000 children in difficult circumstances, of which about 12,000 children have disabilities that need support.

On this occasion, the Organizing Committee also presented gifts to a number of children in especially difficult circumstances; plans to organize school dental examinations for about 25,000 children in the 5 districts of Nghi Loc, Hung Nguyen, Nam Dan, Do Luong and Yen Thanh.
