Approval of the planning for construction of headquarters of ministries and central agencies in August

The Government Office has just issued a document conveying the direction of Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung on the implementation of the Detailed Planning of the Ba Dinh Political Center Area.

The Deputy Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Construction to submit to the Prime Minister for approval the project of the Planning for the construction of the system of working headquarters of ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, and central agencies of mass organizations in Hanoi until 2030 in August 2017.

The Hanoi People's Committee shall preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to issue the Regulations on detailed planning management of the Ba Dinh Political Center Area; deploy the organization of the establishment of an investment project for the apartment complex serving on-site resettlement for residents of collective 354, implement projects to relocate the Ministry of Public Security's collective residential area, the residential area interspersed in collective 32-34 Dien Bien Phu Street, the housing area south of the Ba Dinh Square lawn and the residential area in the area north of the Government Office; carry out the designation and selection of investors to participate in planning and implementing projects to relocate residential areas and deploy apartment projects in the Ba Dinh Political Center Area in accordance with regulations.
