Talking and wishing a Happy New Year to cadres, experts and employees of the Provincial Party Committee, on behalf of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Comrade Nguyen Xuan Son highly appreciated the efforts, innovation and responsibility of the Party Committees and the Provincial Party Committee Office in 2019 for their proactiveness, innovation and creativity in advising and serving the leadership and direction of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and the Party Executive Committee in all fields, contributing to the overall development of the province.

Affirming that 2020 is a year of special importance and the work assigned is also extremely heavy, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Xuan Son hopes that cadres, experts, and employees of Party committees and the Provincial Party Committee Office will continue to make greater efforts to successfully complete the assigned tasks.

Coming to wish the New Year to the cadres, experts and employees of the Provincial People's Council, comrade Nguyen Xuan Son said that the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the entire political system and the people recognized the responsibility of the Provincial People's Council and the Provincial People's Council delegates which has been increasingly enhanced, thereby making correct decisions, promoting socio-economic development, maintaining national defense and security and building a comprehensive strong political system.

The role of the Provincial People's Council in supervision activities has also contributed to helping competent authorities adjust and overcome shortcomings and limitations in the management and operation of state agencies at all levels.

Comrade Nguyen Xuan Son also hopes that the officials and specialists will continue to make more efforts in improving the quality of People's Council delegates, improving the quality of professional activities of the specialized agencies of the Provincial People's Council, contributing to the overall development of the province.

Coming to wish the officers and soldiers of the Provincial Military Command a Happy New Year, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Xuan Son expressed his joy that the unit had taken good care of the soldiers' Tet holiday and maintained a high level of combat readiness.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also noted that the Provincial Military Command should proactively grasp the situation, heighten vigilance and proactively prepare combat readiness plans, absolutely not allowing unexpected situations to occur; coordinate with other forces to ensure peace for people to celebrate a joyful and happy New Year.

Along with the task of combat readiness and ensuring peace for the people, the Provincial Military Command also needs to do a good job of military recruitment in 2020; consolidate and build the provincial defense area and build a solid national defense posture; take care to do better mass mobilization work, consolidate and promote the image of "Uncle Ho's soldiers" in the hearts of the people...

Wishing a Happy New Year to the staff and workers of Vinh Electricity, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee shared the difficulties and hardships of workers in ensuring power supply for the activities of units as well as people during Tet, promptly overcoming any power problems that may occur.
