During the working program, the delegation visited the model of supporting the application of online public services in Nghia Thuan commune. Accordingly, from January 1, 2023, at the one-stop department of Nghia Thuan Commune People's Committee and the one-stop department of Nghia Thuan Commune Police, officials and civil servants have directly guided and supported citizens to perform administrative procedures and provide online public services.

In the context that the implementation of online public service transactions is still unfamiliar to many people, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee highly appreciated the way Thai Hoa town in general implemented support in 9 wards and communes, including Nghia Thuan commune, to speed up the implementation and settlement of administrative procedures through online forms; at the same time, he requested Nghia Thuan commune to continue to focus on economic development and raising people's income in the process of building advanced new rural areas.

Next, the delegation visited Nghia My Industrial Cluster. This is one of three industrial clusters in Thai Hoa town with an area of ​​70 hectares. Up to now, this industrial cluster is the leading investment attraction of the town with 13 investment projects; of which 8 projects have been put into production and business, 4 projects are compensating for site clearance, and 1 project is being directed by the Provincial People's Committee to review investment policy opinions.

Total investment of the projects reached 1,896 billion VND. The total industrial land area that has attracted investment reached 38.01/57.61 hectares of land planned for factory construction, the occupancy rate reached 65.98%, the remaining industrial land area to attract investment is 19.6 hectares.

At Nghia My Industrial Cluster, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hoang Nghia Hieu listened to the report on the implementation of projects, especially some difficulties and obstacles from the grassroots level; thereby acknowledging the efforts in attracting investment of the town, this is an effective direction to build Thai Hoa town to soon become a type III urban area; at the same time, he also requested relevant departments and branches to continue to support and accompany the locality in the process of attracting investment and resolving related procedures.

Also at Nghia My Industrial Cluster, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and the delegation visited and worked at Hi-Tex Company Limited, a 100% FDI garment enterprise. Currently, the company has about 1,200 workers and has established a Party cell in the enterprise. Currently, the Party cell of Hi-Tex Company Limited has 10 party members and has sent 9 workers to attend a Party awareness training course, and is expected to admit 3-5 new party members this year.

Talking with Mr. Kim Soo Chul - CEO of the Company and Party Cell of Hi-Tex Company Limited, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee highly appreciated the business leaders for creating favorable conditions and supporting the establishment of the Party Cell; at the same time, he requested the Party Cell to continue to pay attention to the work of developing Party members who are prestigious and qualified to continue building a strong Party Cell and promoting its role in the enterprise.

Next, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hoang Nghia Hieu and the delegation also visited and worked at the Party Cell of Lien Thang Trading One Member Co., Ltd. After more than 10 years of establishment and development, the company's average net revenue has reached more than 500 billion VND/year, with a market spanning 44 provinces and cities and more than 3,000 agents. The staff, workers and employees at the time of establishment were 8 people, currently there are 100 people; average income is 8 million VND/person/month.

Implementing the policy of developing Party organizations and Party members in private enterprises of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, with the attention and guidance of the Thai Hoa Town Party Standing Committee as well as recognizing the important position and role of unions, Party organizations and Party members in enterprises, on May 12, 2022, the Party Cell of Lien Thang Trading One Member Co., Ltd. was established, one of 43 grassroots Party organizations under the Thai Hoa Town Party Committee.

The Party cell was initially established with 5 party members. After nearly 1 year of establishment, the Party cell has sent 5 union members to participate in training for party members and admitted 2 more party members, including 1 party member who is a business owner. The practical activities in the past year have shown that the company's production and business results after establishing the Party organization have been increasingly improved, creating jobs and contributing to the budget for the development of the town.

Talking with the company leaders and the Party cell, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hoang Nghia Hieu highly appreciated the production and business results, as well as the activities in Party work. Notably, today, the Party cell has just admitted 2 new Party members, the Director and Deputy Director of the company.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee hopes that the Party cell will continue to develop in both quantity and quality of Party members, demonstrating its role and position, and actively contributing to the stability and development of the enterprise.

Also in the working program, the delegation inspected the Long Son urban area and the N7 road project, Hieu II bridge. These are all key urban and infrastructure projects of Thai Hoa town.

Through a field survey, the leaders of Thai Hoa town proposed to support the site clearance cost to implement the sub-project of building the N7 inner-city crossroad and the road at the beginning of Hieu 2 bridge under the BIIG2 Nghe An project. The total estimated site clearance cost still lacking to implement the project is about 100 billion VND.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hoang Nghia Hieu also visited the potato growing model in Phu Tan hamlet, Tay Hieu commune of Mr. Bui Van Hoa. On an area of ​​2 hectares, Mr. Hoa has implemented the model for 2 years now, with an average profit of 80 million VND/ha per crop lasting 3 months. Currently, the entire Phu Tan hamlet has 12 hectares of potato growing.
