Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Bui Dinh Long met with voters of Nghi Loc district

At the meeting, 7 voters expressed 14 opinions. Among them, voter Vuong Dinh Dong, Dan Phuc hamlet, Nghi Thai commune requested to allocate funds to complete the Thai Phuc and Thai Binh craft village road, a project that started around 2012 but is still unfinished.

Voter Luong Van Hung, Party Cell Secretary of Thai Tho hamlet, Nghi Thai commune, proposed to solidify the canals to drain floods from Nghi Duc commune, Nghi Loc district and Hung Hoa commune, Vinh city.

Voter Nguyen Ngoc Huong, Party Secretary of Thach Cat hamlet, reported that the drainage ditch from Highway 525, from Phuc Tho hamlet to Hoa Hiep hamlet, stops. During the rainy season, garbage overflows, affecting the environment, health and agricultural production of the people.

Voter Nguyen Van Chung, Party Secretary of Thai Loc hamlet, requested to create conditions for examination at Hospital 4 because of the close distance; requested to handle the situation of the dyke line collapsing, causing environmental pollution and agricultural production.

Mr. Nguyen Cong Tu, Chairman of the Veterans Association of Nghi Thai Commune, proposed to handle the Ha Thanh aquaculture project that has not been implemented since 2011; proposed to increase allowances for non-professional cadres at the commune level; Mr. Vuong Trung Kien, Secretary of the Party Cell of Thai Quang Hamlet, proposed to have solutions to improve the quality of primary health care for children; Mr. Nguyen Van Hien, Secretary of the Party Cell of Thai Son Hamlet, proposed to allow people to have health insurance examinations at the nearest hospital...

In addition, voters in the hamlets sent their opinions to the Fatherland Front Committee of Nghi Thai commune, making recommendations on the following issues: Voters in Thai Thinh hamlet requested to remove obstacles for people in granting land use right certificates and dividing plots because of the current incorrect and overlapping map measurements in 2008; Voters in Thai Loc hamlet requested to create favorable conditions for people to reduce inconvenience when paying registration tax for motorbikes; Nghi Thai commune police requested to allocate additional operating budget for the commune police force to meet requirements and tasks; Voters in Thai Loc hamlet reported that the drainage ditch of Nghi Loc district and Vinh city passing through Nghi Thai communes of Nghi Loc, Hung Loc, Hung Hoa districts, Vinh city during the rainy season had serious landslides, encroaching on production land, overflowing and causing environmental pollution; Voters in Thai Cat hamlet petitioned that the drainage ditch of Phuc Tho commune should stop at Thai Cat hamlet, Nghi Thai commune, causing flooding and environmental pollution in the hamlet...

On behalf of the Provincial People's Council delegates, Comrade Bui Dinh Long - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee thanked the voters' opinions and discussed and clarified the voters' recommendations such as policies for non-professional cadres at commune and hamlet levels; health insurance medical examination and treatment regime; medical examination and treatment at Nghe An Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital; and will forward the voters' opinions and recommendations to competent authorities for consideration and resolution, contributing to meeting the legitimate aspirations and wishes of voters.

After the meeting with voters, comrade Bui Dinh Long and other delegates of the Provincial People's Council surveyed Hoa Thai dam, Nghi Thai commune according to voters' recommendations.
