Review and standardize administrative procedures on land

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh requested the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment to review and standardize the announced land-related administrative procedures, ensuring that the implementation of administrative procedures does not depend on administrative boundaries within the province at the provincial and commune-level Public Administration Service Centers (to be completed before July 20, 2025).
The Government approved the merger project dossier of 34 provinces and cities and 3,321 communes and wards.

The Government has just approved a Resolution on the project dossier for rearranging provincial and commune-level administrative units in 2025 with 34 provincial-level administrative units and 3,321 commune-level units.
