*Comrade Le Hong Vinh- The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province has been transferred and appointed by the Party Central Committee to participate in the Executive Committee and Standing Committee, and to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term. The announcement ceremony was held by the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee on the morning of November 17th.

On the same day, at the 4th session of the 8th Quang Tri Provincial People's Council, term 2021-2026, Comrade Le Hong Vinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - was elected to the position.Chairman of the Provincial People's Committeewith 100% of delegates voting in favor by secret ballot.
