(Baonghean.vn) - At 8am, the Hue noodle shop in Vinh City signed a commitment to only sell take-out food. At 9:30am, when the authorities left, the shop immediately opened its doors to welcome customers to eat directly.

It is worth mentioning that at 8 o'clock, the functional forces of Le Mao ward inspected and signed a commitment for this restaurant. Outside the restaurant, there was also a sign "Today for take-out" however, after the functional forces left, the restaurant wasbrazenly welcome guestswent in to eat. At the time of discovery, there were 6 customers eating at the restaurant.
After discovering the incident, the Le Mao ward authorities drew up a report against Ms. Truong Thi Van, the owner of the noodle shop; and at the same time, they proposed to the Vinh City People's Committee to fine this establishment.

It is known that this is the basisFirstlyof Vinh City was fined for not strictly implementing epidemic prevention measures according to Official Dispatch No. 3660/UBND-VX of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee.
Failure to implement the decision to apply measures to limit mass gatherings or temporarily suspend business and service activities in public places in epidemic prevention, as prescribed in Point C, Clause 3, Article 12, Decree 117 of the Government, shall be subject to a fine of 10 - 20 million VND.
