(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of December 7, 2015, the Military Region 4 Command held a conference to quickly announce the results of the 10th session of the 13th National Assembly to the officers in charge of the 4 Military Region agencies, commanders of the subordinate units located in Nghe An province, and officers and employees of the Military Region agencies.

At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Sy Hoi, Major General, Deputy Commander of the Military Region, National Assembly Delegate of the 13th tenure (National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province) directly announced the important contents of the 10th session of the 13th National Assembly.

Accordingly, at the 10th session of the 13th National Assembly, with a spirit of solidarity, democracy, intelligence and high responsibility, the session completed the set agenda.

Specifically: The National Assembly passed important Resolutions on socio-economic development; reviewed, discussed and passed 16 laws and 15 Resolutions. In addition, the National Assembly also reviewed and commented on 10 draft laws focusing on institutionalizing the 2013 Constitution on basic human rights, freedom of speech, freedom of the press, access to information, etc. as a basis for completing the project and submitting it for consideration and approval at the next session.

The National Assembly also passed a resolution to establish the National Election Council, elect the Chairman of the National Election Council, approve the list of Vice Chairmen and members of the National Election Council, decide on the election date, and elect the Secretary General of the 13th National Assembly.
