Military Region 4, Nghe An province welcomes forces completing their parade and marching missions.
On the morning of May 3, at Vinh Station, Military Region 4, Nghe An province held a ceremony to welcome officers and soldiers who had successfully completed the parade to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).

Attending the welcoming ceremony, on the side of the Ministry of National Defense, were comrades: Lieutenant General Truong Thien To - Deputy Chief of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army; Major General Nguyen Xuan Thuy - Deputy Director of the Propaganda Department, General Department of Politics; Major General Le Van Dang - Deputy Director of the Department of Operations, General Staff; Major General Bui Duc Hien - Deputy Commander of the Air Defense - Air Force; Major General Nguyen Thanh Pho - Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of the 12th Corps; Colonel Tran Ba Khuong - Deputy Director of the Department of Military Training - Schools, General Staff.
On the side of Military Region 4, there were comrades: Colonel Ngo Nam Cuong - Deputy Commander of Military Region 4; Colonel Thai Duc Hanh - Deputy Chief of Politics of Military Region 4.
On the side of Nghe An province, there were comrades: Bui Thanh An - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Pham Ngoc Canh - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission; Truong Thiet Hung - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province; Colonel Nguyen Ky Hong - Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command; Colonel Dinh Bat Van - Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command.


In his welcoming speech, on behalf of the leaders of Nghe An province, comrade Bui Thanh An - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee expressed his joy in welcoming the delegation of officers and soldiers of the military branches and services of the Vietnam People's Army who completed their parade and marching duties at the 50th Anniversary of the Liberation of the South,national unification(April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) passing through the province.

Comrade Bui Thanh An stated: The 50th anniversary celebration of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification has ended, but the echoes of the parade have left many good impressions, contributing to educating the tradition of patriotism, the will to self-reliance, the spirit of great national unity, in which there is a great contribution from the heroic forces of the Vietnam People's Army.

The image of the armed forces marching and parading is a source of great pride not only for the Army but also for the people of the whole country. This success not only contributes to the glory of the armed forces but also enhances the position, image and qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers" in the hearts of the people and international friends.
