Que Phong elected additional Chairman of the District People's Committee
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of March 22, the People's Council of Que Phong district held its 15th session to elect an additional Chairman of the District People's Committee for the 2016 - 2021 term.

Carrying out the work of mobilizing, arranging and assigning cadres after the Nghe An Provincial Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term, the province has mobilized comrade Le Van Giap - Chairman of the People's Committee of Que Phong district to hold the position of Deputy Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission. The People's Council of Que Phong district also dismissed comrade Le Van Giap from the position of Chairman of the District People's Committee at the 14th session on December 24, 2020.
At the 15th session, the District People's Council reviewed, discussed and elected comrade Duong Hoang Vu to the position of Chairman of the District People's Committee. As a result, 100% of delegates approved comrade Duong Hoang Vu to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Que Phong district for the 18th term, 2016-2021.
Previously, on March 18, the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee announced the decision to appoint and transfer comrade Duong Hoang Vu - Deputy Director of the Department of Tourism to join the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Que Phong District Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025.
