This time, 7 households in Muong Noc commune participated in the project of growing lingzhi mushrooms. Each household participating in the model received 150 bags of mushrooms grown in a thatched house, protected with enough humidity for the mushrooms to grow. After nearly 2 months of trial planting, the mushrooms grew well, and some were harvested.
Mr. Lo Minh Phuong in Muong Noc commune, Que Phong said: Initially, the project provided ready-made mushroom bags for people to care for and harvest. Caring for mushrooms is not difficult, provided the house is cool and clean. The average temperature is maintained at 22 - 28 degrees Celsius; humidity reaches 80 to 90%. Water 2-3 times a day depending on weather conditions. The care regimen is maintained continuously until the white border on the hat brim is no longer there, then it can be harvested.

Red Ganoderma lucidum has the effect of enhancing the activity of the immune system, helping to resist viruses and bacteria in the treatment of hepatitis and viruses; producing vitamins, minerals, and proteins necessary for the body; preventing cancer, good for the cardiovascular system... Ganoderma lucidum can be boiled to make drinking water or soaked in wine.
Compared to oyster mushrooms, red reishi mushrooms grow more slowly but are 10-15 times more expensive; the current market price is about 800,000 VND/kg. Therefore, many people participating in the project are very excited and expect to continue expanding the planting model in the area./.
