Of the 14 non-Party delegates, 7 were re-elected and 7 were newly elected.

According to the list announced by the National Election Council on June 10, there are 14 non-Party members elected to the 15th National Assembly, including:

1. Dinh Thi Ngoc Dung, staff of the Vocational Training - Labor Therapy Department, Hai Duong Province Drug Rehabilitation Center; re-elected member of the 14th National Assembly. Elected in Hai Duong.

3. Dang Minh Chau(Most Venerable Thich Bao Nghiem), Buddhist monk, Vice Chairman of the Central Executive Council of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha; Head of the Central Propagation Committee; Head of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha in Hanoi; Vice Chairman (non-professional) of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee in Hanoi; Member of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, National Assembly delegate of the 13th and 14th terms. 4. Nguyen Thi Ha, teacher, member of the Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Luong Tai High School, Luong Tai District, Bac Ninh Province. Elected in Bac Ninh.

5. Nguyen Van Rien(Father Nguyen Van Rien), Priest, Parish Priest of St. Joseph Parish, Phu Cuong Diocese; Vice President and General Secretary of the Vietnam Catholic Solidarity Committee; President of the Vietnam Catholic Solidarity Committee of Binh Duong Province; Member of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Binh Duong Province, National Assembly delegate of the 14th term.
