According to the reporter's records, National Highway 16, the section going to Pha Danh commune, Ky Son district, currently has some sections that are damaged.negative slope landslideThe landslide was located at a steep slope that cut deep into the road, extending 15-20m, damaging the entire railing system. In some locations, rocks and soil flowed down and buried the road, while some trees on the mountain were broken and at risk of falling onto the road.

Mr. Vi Van Nam - a local resident said: The landslide locations need to be quickly fixed so that people can travel safely. This is a steep, winding road with a high mountain on one side and a deep abyss below. Meanwhile, this area has no escape route for drivers to use in case of emergency situations.

Mr. Vi Van Son - Deputy Head of District Economic and Infrastructure DepartmentKy Sonsaid: National Highway 16 section passing through Pha Danh commune currently has 5 large and small landslides on the negative and positive slopes. The district has sent a document requesting the traffic management unit to handle these landslides. Currently, the traffic management unit is handling some positive slope landslides, such as clearing the overflowing soil to fill the roadway and using machines to handle some landslides on high mountains.
