Quy Chau expelled 32 party members for violating discipline

(Baonghean.vn) - In order to contribute to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 25th Quy Chau District Party Congress, the Standing Committee of the Quy Chau District Party Committee has just issued the Project "Improving the quality and effectiveness of inspection, supervision and Party discipline enforcement in the period 2016 - 2020".

During the period 2010 - 2015, the Party Committees at all levels in Quy Chau disciplined 4 Party organizations, accounting for 10.5% of the total number of affiliated Party organizations, of which 3 were reprimanded and 1 was warned. The total number of disciplined Party members was 94, accounting for 3.15% of the total number of Party members of the entire District Party Committee. Disciplinary forms: 26 Party members were reprimanded, 32 Party members were warned, 4 Party members were dismissed from office and 32 Party members were expelled.

With the goal of maintaining Party discipline; preventing and stopping political, ideological, moral, lifestyle degradation, bureaucracy, distance from the people, corruption, and waste among cadres and Party members; improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations, building a clean and strong Party organization and political system, the Standing Committee of Quy Chau District Party Committee issued the Project "Improving the quality and effectiveness of inspection, supervision and enforcement of Party discipline in the period of 2016 - 2020".

According to the project, the target set by the Standing Committee of the Quy Chau District Party Committee is that Party committees at all levels directly inspect, supervise and direct Party organizations, conduct comprehensive inspections, specialized inspections and supervisions of 100% of subordinate Party organizations; Inspection Committees at all levels increase by 20% - 30% of inspections compared to the previous term for lower-level Party organizations and Party members, including Party committee members at the same level, who show signs of violations; Inspection Committees of Party committees inspect the finances of Party committees at the same level twice a year; Party cells, including grassroots Party cells, conduct regular inspections and supervisions through regular Party cell activities for 100% of Party members participating in Party cell activities,...

The project also sets out many specific tasks for Party committees at all levels and Inspection Committees at all levels to effectively implement the goals in the 2016 - 2020 period.
