New regulations on centralized state asset procurement
The Prime Minister has just issued Decision No. 08/2016/QD-TTg regulating the centralized procurement of state assets. Accordingly, centralized procurement by direct contracting is applied in two cases:

1 - Purchase assets of programs and projects using ODA capital, aid and sponsorship from domestic and foreign organizations and individuals from the state budget that the sponsor requires to be applied in the form of direct contract signing;

The decision takes effect from April 10, 2016.
